At some point in every artist’s life, they realize the gifts given to them must be shared with the community and passed on to the next generation.

The Carnegie Community Arts Center is place I usually go on Tuesday evening (for the Jammers). It open mic for those who like and can sing and play country, Gospel, bluegrass music. There also a piano for those who like to play piano. They play on Tuesday from 6:00- 8:00 pm .A $2:00 donation is asked.
Very professional folks with a desire to promote the arts and who strive to make it available to those that are interested in sharing their talents with like minded individuals.
The Carnegie Community Arts Center is a wonderful local attraction that we should be proud to call our own. This center is a great creative outlet for our local citizens to learn about culture and a wonderful place to help develop talent. I strongly feel our local government as well as our local citizens should support this non-profit center. One can alway tell if a community is growing by the cultural events it offers.
I love this place. It is a beautiful building and will always hold lots of good memories for us.
